Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with StudyThai.ai's services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which you may request a refund.
Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund in the following cases:
- Technical IssuesIf our technical issues prevent you from using paid features for more than 7 consecutive days, and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
- Billing ErrorsIncorrect charges caused by system malfunctions.
- Duplicate ChargesThe same subscription was accidentally charged multiple times.
- Within 7 Days of First PurchaseWithin 7 days of your first subscription, provided you have used less than 10% of paid features (such as AI reading review sessions).
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not granted in the following cases:
- More than 10% of paid features have been used
- Auto-renewal charges (please cancel before expiration to avoid renewal)
- Subscriptions purchased more than 30 days ago
- Accounts terminated for violating terms of service
- Subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality
- No longer using the service for personal reasons
Refund Process
- Visit the refund application page to learn how to submit your request.
- Provide your account email, order information, and reason for refund.
- We will review your application within 2-5 business days.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Refund Timeline
After refund approval, funds will be returned to the original payment method:
- Alipay3-5 business days
- WeChat Pay3-5 business days
- Credit Card5-10 business days (depending on the issuing bank)
Application Deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge. Requests beyond 30 days are generally not accepted.
How to Cancel Subscription
If you do not want to renew for the next billing cycle, please cancel auto-renewal before your current subscription expires:
- Log in to your StudyThai.ai account
- Go to "Settings" → "Subscription Management"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
After cancellation, you can continue using paid features until the end of your current subscription period.
